What Causes Pungent Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

Hi-

I had missed a period last to last month and doctor prescribed martinor for me.Aftre taking that, my menstrual cycle started but again this time I have missed it.

Along with that I am having a heavy flow of pungent smelled wihite discharge. Please suggest.

I am 25 yrs old and married for 1yr2months and not having a frequent sex life.
