What Causes Pus Filled Blister Under The Nipple?

hi, Im 38 years old and I just got a pimple on my breast on the front part under the nipple but not to close from it, I was able to pop it and pus and water came out, but it seems like I have more but to painful to try again, my breast is very sensitive and the area is inflamated and re around like with tiny tiny red vains.. is this something normal? I had two breast surgeries, a reconstrutive one 17 years ago and breast inplants around 4 years ago. thank you
