What Causes Rashes On The Face?

Hello Dr, i had flawless skin till last year, but off late i started developing small raised rashes with any cream, moisturizes, soaps, powder, etc. i use on my face. Had been to a doctor, who prescribed me an ointment, unfortunately with ointments also i had exacerbation. Nothing seems to relieve it. Anything i apply as mild as baby soap also aggravates it....Please help
