What Causes Red Bumps On Vagina?

Hello, I am a 20 years old female , 6 feet, about 210 pounds, and have had good health for the most part. As of today I noticed a few small skin/red color bumps on my vagina, Im terrified! When I was 15 (not sexually active) I went into surgery to get genital warts removed......What could these skin color/red bumps be? I dont remember my warts looking like the bumps I have now, please help
