What Causes Red Rash On Legs With Swelling In Vagina?

I started out with a small red rash in my leg crease, (kind of itchy) then it spread to the other side. I then started experiencing a little swelling in my vagina along with tenderness and white discharge, sometimes watery & sometimes thick. And now my right labia minora is swollen and feels kind of bumpy. But it's not painful. I haven't been sexually active in about 6 months. What could this be? Oh and the rash caused dry skin in the area too.
