Hey I'm 20 yrs old and I had been sleepin with the same girl for about 10 months and one time I did anal unprotected and now ever since I have a res spot on the tip of my penis head. I never had and std. What could it possibly be? I mean It burnb a lil bit when I pissed after but I drank lots of water and the burn went away but I still see red spot.
