What Causes Reddish-pink Blemish On Face?

I have this reddish-pink blemish on my face,it starts about 2 inches left of my nose and an inch above my lip and is about a quarter inch or half inch in diameter.. It is not a zit or anything like that. You can not feel it in any way, just can noticeably see it. It almost looks as if I am growing a birth mark, even though I am 23 years old.. I wasn't too concerned with it at first because I thought it would go away, but it hasn't. I was wondering if it could be from drinking alcohol? It seems to brighten up the next few days after going out drinking. It just seems like it is dry or something. I can take a picture and send it if I knew how this website worked or if someone replies with an email address or something. This is my first time here and I am hoping for some kind of answer because I don't really have a Doctor. I have insurance, I just have failed to meet a new Doc since I was taken off my Pediatrics Doctor.. It's been a while since I've been sick or hurt I guess.. Thanks in advance for the help.
