What Causes Redness Of Skin On Legs And Black Spots On Legs?

Dear Sir,
this is about me. i am 36 years, from last 3 year iam facing problem of black spot on the leg . Initially skin was totally ok and now a days it is looking totally ugly. after that skin becomes red and in some days black spots are coming nowadays they are increasing and spreading upwards, no irritation or itching etc i have taken treatment for 6 months in homeopathy, and one year in alopathy (English medicine) . Till now i have no health problem expert this. please tell me what to do. please help us
