What Causes Sensation In Legs And Thighs While Exhaling?

Hello, I am a 35 yr. old healthy female. I walk 4-5 miles each morning and have excellent blood pressure. Howver, occasionally I have these episodes where I have an odd senseation go through my thighs and legs when I exhale after a deep breath? Should I be concerned?
