What Causes Sensitive And Dull Headache?

I am a 45 year old woman and I bumped my head one week ago on a hard towel rack.. It really hurt but there was no stars/dizziness/nautiousness etc. The issue is it is still sensative w/ a dull headache-not enough for advil. should I get it checked out?
