What Causes Sensitivity And Redness Around The Clitoris?

Hi

I have a problem with my clitoris. It is sesitive to touch, the skin around is red and all tests for yeast infection and STD are negative. I only have ureaoplasma.
Can ureaoplasma cause this? I have been using an intibiotic cream Fucicort...Is this bad, what could it be?
