What Causes Severe Bleeding Accompanied By Dizziness And Nausea?

hi.since i gave birth 3 years ago ive been having severe bleeding in the first 3 days of my menstruation.But for the last 3 months the pain and bleeding has been extreme for the first 3 days .The last period accompanied by dizziness and nausea.Is this normal?
