What Causes Severe Cramping With Bleeding After Miscarriage?

Hello, i recently miscarried 2days ago, i felt being pregnant but i didnt do a test b4 i miscarried, the night b4 i miscarried i could smell blood and knew i was going to loose it cuz of cramps and im on 3 mental health meds and purposly took them and drank alot, cuz i didnt want it now in my life cuz the fathers been realy impulsive/agressive lately plus i smoke, but not everyday. But its about 30hrs since i passed the fetus in the shower and saw it siting there from the painful contractions had me really like dizy.. Blood around the crushed almost tron sac was brown red and the covering was like clearish but a little dirty lookin from all the old blood and tothe bottom of sace was the the fetus on about 6 or 5weeks along, and its sac was leaking blood looking like it was plastic wraped. Im still having sharp pain from contractions, and i can smell when i go out n bak in my room the smell of my blood and something i cant put my finger on, its like blood and almost a mens Cologne and coconut, i dont like it cuz i think of death from it plus am still sensitive to smels. Do other women say their whole body scent changes? And for how long? And im still in lot of cramping pain, normal?
