What Causes Severe Itching All Over The Body?

Well last night I was laying down. My eyes were closed but I couldn't fall asleep. Parts of my body kept itching HORRIBLY. But I tried not to pay to much attention to it. Then I felt all cold. I tried moving the blanket over me but I was frozen, literally couldn't move. I opened my eyes. A horrible pain became to go on my chest. As if someone weighed 700 pounds and was pushing on me. Then I began seeing little hallucinations. Still not being able to move. I became very stressed and it turned into a nightmare. I was getting shot at and stabbed and raped and my family was murdered and I couldn't move or yell or anything. I thought I was paralized. I closed my eyes and kept them shut. Then the dreams were happening normal and I woke up and told my mom. She told me that shes gonna take me to a doctor. What was this that just happened to me? Please help I am scared out of my mind.
