What Causes Severe Neck Pain, Tender Glands, Wrist And Knees Pain?

My neck hurts so bad i can't move it.i can't touch my chin to my chest. it feels like my glands are tender. it goes up the back of my head. i am in agony. at the same time, my arth. in wrist, both knees and other areas hurt worse than they ever have. 2 hydrocodone has not touched this pain. started last week and then got a little better; now worse by far. am seeing pain mgmt. dr. this afternoon.
