What Causes Severe Pain In The Joints At The Age Of 21?

sir/Madam, i'm 21 years old boy. i got joint pain at 9th age.since then i have consulted many doctors who are specialized in born related problems.After all i tried "Ayurveda treatment", but the told me the pain is cause for Arthritis cannot be cured completely. now i have been consulting a doctor for two years who prescribed "SAAZ 500" and "INDOCAP 25".I used to take at least two indocap and saaz per day after the food. Now, many people convinced me about the side effect of painkillers, so i have to stop taking indocap daily. Can you help me..? Is there any other treatment to overtake this quandary..?
