What Causes Severe Pain In The Leg From The Knee To The Foot?

Hi I have been having leg pain for about 3 months , it hurts from knee to my foot and when Im tired it goes to my leg, I keep trying to figure out what is causing this, i just resently felt like a little lump on the back of my calf, what can cause this? Please help
