What Causes Severe Pain That Continues Even After Periods?

i am 45 year old female, i have had abdominal pain for last 4 years, first episode i ended up in the er and they did do anything, thought it was like colonitis, but didnt check anything but i think they did do blood, i have been tested positive for h-pylori before and had taken antibotics, now i take align, and that seems to help that. But for last few months, during my period , have had severe pain (feels almost like contractions) when i first start and had led to longer periods, but the period stops and the pain continues, went to one dr he thinks i had a cyst that ruptured , i have had everything checked, but they didnt check my pancrease, i was wondering if it could be that and if it would affect my period.
