What Causes Severe Throbbing Pains In The Lower Right Pelvic Area?

I have had serious throbbing pains in my lower right pelvic area and it works its way around to my lowered back... I have had bowel issues and get dizzy at moments. I have moments that feel like I'm going into labor but I'm not pregnat or atleast I don't think I am...... I don't have health so I rely can't afore to goto the er.... Please help what could it be and how to treat it
