What Causes Sharp Pain And Bruise At The Place Of Incision?

I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago. Once in awhile I feel an interior "pull" in the area my uterus once was. Yesterday I ran a towel over my stomach and felt a sharp pain. There is a silver dollar sized bruise above my "smile" incision site (I had a cesarian birth). Should I be concerned?
