What Causes Sharp Pain In Breasts And Pain Below Neck To Hand?

i often get a sharp pain in my breasts, mostly the lesft one that feels like there are air bubbles in it and once they have bubbled the pain goes away. I was recently woken in the night with the same sort of bubbling excrusiating pain going from the base of my back to the top just below my neck on the left hand side. What could be the cause of this and is it something i should be conserned about?
