What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Shoulder And Chest?

Hi., I have pain in my left shoulder, also i can feel the pain in my left middle finger and in my wrist. Initially i thought the pain related might be related to heart problem. so i went got blood checked the cholesterol levels were as follows Total : 184.5 HDL:44.5 LDL:109 4 months back i took an ECG and that to was normal. My resting pulse is 70. After climbing stairs of two floors up & down with for about 5-7 times my pulse rate will be around 145. I can jog for about 1 km wthin 6-7 mins. Sometimes i get some sharp pain (i can pinpoint the place where i can feel the pain and it does radiate) in the chest area and usually will last for few seconds. there few spots in shoulder area (neck to shoulder) where if i touch the pain immediately starts as if they are trigger points. is there something i sould be worried about or get checked
