What Causes Sharp Pain In Penis After Treated UTI?

Hello. This question is in relation to something that has happened to me twice. After I took a shower, I toweled off my penis and suddenly I got a sharp intense pain around the corona of my penis. It also feels like I still have urine in there after I pee. I went to a urologist and was given antibiotics for a UTI but that was 7 days ago and Friday the intense pain I described is the second time this pain has happened to me after a shower.
