What Causes Sharp Pain Just Above My Belly Button?

I woke up this am with this sharpe pain just above my bellybottom, in the xaphoid process area. I was operated few months ago, they removed my gallbladder. They also found a cyst siting right above my pancreas, could this be the ause of my pain? The pain has gotten so bad that i ve difficult breathing. Thank you in advance for yor information. Christian
