What Causes Short And Scanty Periods?

Hi I m 26 and had a lettz procedure for a cin3 just three months ago, since then my periods only last two days with no spotting afterwards but they were always seven or more days before the procedure! I have also been getting fevers and constantly unwell with colds etc! Is this normal?
