What Causes Shoulder Pain With Bruise?

it has been 6-7 months after my shoulder suger (bone graph w/ 2 skrews) and aster mixing ground beef for making burgers my should is in pain and I have bruises about the size of 3 quarters on the front and back of my should.... please advise. What could cause this?
