What Causes Slightly Solid Blood After Delayed Periods?

Hi doctor, supposedly my girlfriend will have her menstruation last week but up to now she doesnt still have her menstruation. Until she tried to have a pregnancy test last monday, the results are positive we think 1 visible line and 1 faint line. Yesterday she tried to have PT again but the results are negative. She called me just a few hours ago and she said that a slightly solid blood comes out of her urine. I'm really bothered with her situation.
