What Causes Small Black Spot On Penis Which Is Increasing In Size?

i noticed a small black spot on my penis a few years ago which has progressively grown. I am getting very worried about it. The black spot is now about the size of a pencil eraser and i noticed other smaller spots appearing. Any idea what this might be?
