What Causes Small Blisters Near The Vaginal Lip?

Herpes, Yeast infection, or razor burn?
I went to the doctor yesterday for what I believed to be a persistent yeast infection, and she thinks it may be herpes. She tested me and I'll find out soon but I'm scared to death. I'm only 17, I'm a girl, and i have never had sex only oral. I believe it's a yeast infection due to my old birth control, and I read somewhere that yeast can cause small blisters which i have around the inside of the vaginal lips. I also just shaved, and I now have small bumps around the outside of the vaginal lips. I'm a wreck. Please give me some answers.
