What Causes Soreness And Black Colour Inside The Lower Babial Frenum?

i have a lower babial frenum and it is sore. i use a salt water rise and have relief after i use the rise and hopefully it will go away in a couple of day. My question is....inside the sore itself it is black. i am scared that it cancer..... should i be this concerned?
