What Causes Soreness And Sharp Pain In Stomach With History Of Hysterectomy?

I am 2 yrs post op for a full hysterrectomy. On my right side I had/have a lot of scar tissue from a bad appedix removal when I was a kid. When I had the hysterectomy the surgeon removed some and cleaned my scar up. Last week (5 days ago) at work I got roped into pushing way too much weight. I have has shape pain and soreness around my scar and deep into my belly since then. I have numbness and tingles all down my right leg and up to the right side of my jaw. I am scared. I have no medical insurance. Should I wait and watch or go to the doctor? How serious could this be?
