What Causes Soreness And Swelling In The Joints?

I just lightly bump/touched somethin and vein in joint protrudes,sore,then swelling,blue,2days will clear. I also earlier this month bent my toe on lawn. Same thing. Sore,swell,1/3+, thought I might have cracked bone in joint. No just the vein thing again. It seems such a small bump and vein bulges/breaks. This also happens when Blood Tests or MRI staff took 3 people and 5 trys to get Dye into me. No surprise. Collapsing Veins...This is similar pain to my vein bumps/breaks ? Do I have thinning of vascular walls or some concerning condition? I can recall in 20 s someone saying little elasticity in my skin. Also have pituitary adonema (sp?) and had high prolactin causing early menopuase and little estrogen. AGE:53,F,
