What Causes Soreness Around Muscles Of Heart While Taking Citalopram?

I recently got a cold and took nyquil last night and dayquil during the day today. I am taking citalopram for anxiety and am being weaned off of wellbutrin. Muscles around my heart area are sore the whole day today. Should I be worried? Other medications I am taking are sprintec, levothyroxine and flonase
