What Causes Spots After Shaving Vaginal Area?

I am a 16 year old girl and after shaving my outer vagina a few days later I found spots of missing skin on the outisde of my vagina and I seem to be getting more and more some are leading to my anal area I have stopped shaving for a while to see if they clear up,but I want to know what it could be and is thereanything else that will help? I am 16 and 5ft 2 and weigh 10st with no medical history.
