What Causes Spotting And Sore Breasts After Missing A Pill?

Had unprotected sex 7 days ago, missed my pill all 3days before. Also on Lpv 500-phenoxymethlpenicillin for a thoat infection. Had been on medicine for a week before unprocected sex. Have started to spot bleeding and have very sore breast. Am I pregnant?
