What Causes Spotting, Burning Sensation And Lump On Labia?

Hi, so i recently experiecnced dark reddish discharge from my vagina which lasted for a day, mainly it was just spotting. Then the next day, my vagina started to have a burning sensation aswell as itchiness. Then i felt down there and a smallish lump was on my labia, the outside of the vagina. is this folliclitis? i havent had sexual relations with a male. but have had oral sex. not sure if its more serious then folliculitis. can you help?
