What Causes Spotting With Stomach Cramps After The Period?

Hi I'm 34yrs old my last period was april 30 2012. I started spotting on the9 stopped on the 10 started back spotting on the 11,12,13,14 I'm cramping a little not bad like when I have my period the only time I see blood when I wipe with tissue paper I'm wearing a pad no bleeding on it I go to the bathroom a lot the bottom of my stomach feel like I have knots in it I be tired I have headack every day I eat a lot only when I want it if not I don't eat I have bumps around my nipples where its dark at please help me tell me what's going on with me
