What Causes Sticky White Discharge, Pelvic Pain And Rectal Pressure?

hi, I just had a baby 8 months ago, and Iam still breast feeding. I have been having clear sticky discharge and pelvic pain which hurts more on the right, and also on my lower back, and rectum feels like pressure there. I have been experiencing a lot of leg cramps as well, and nausea. Last week had headaches and nausea thought preg again took hpt it was neg. The pain is pretty constant but sometime it goes away, actually gets worst when standing and sleeping on right side, THanks
