What Causes Stomach Cramps And Sore Nipples With PCOS?

Hi. I am. 21 year old female with polycystic ovarian syndrome. I have been trying the last month to get pregnant and am having very few symptoms but I don't know if it had anything to do with coming off of birth control recently? I have been cramping the last couple of weeks, burning nipples and food has no taste to me. Could this be pregnancy related? I know it's a possibility but am concerned it's not possible w my medical condition.
