What Causes Stomach Pain During Periods, Low Hemoglobin And High BP?

Hi Sir,

My friend (sex: female, age 21) is getting one by one many disease. it all started with migrain. she used to have pain in head, then initially docs could not diagnose anything but later found that she has migrain. the blood circulation was stopping in brain.
Next she had stomach ache. She used to vomit and faint many times. earlier every docs said it was due to stress nothing else. Then, she was diagnosed with chances of ulcer but after more test they told nothing in stomach. then she started getting pain in heard with fast heartbeet. Also with pain in nerves near brain and ear. she got checked and had high BP.
Then she had pain in ear for long time (right ear). she was told that there is some infection inside was given medicines. did not completely cure yet but pain occurs rarely these days.
The heart problem increased a lot last month. Doc feared of Coronary artery disease but later they said its not by comparing other reports too.
This week she started facing problem again in stomach. she went to doc, they said lymphocyte count is 8 and hamoglobin is 13. acinophyl count was more. Yesterday she had a new problem. Nerves from ear to neck was paining. Doc said it was due to bp lower lymphocyte and hamoglobin. which caused bleeding from nose. Today she again had to go to doctor as her whole right part of body was aching. she had to take pain killer to sleep as it was severe pain.
Vomiting is daily thing for her.

Could you please help in identifying what exactly is going on with her. She is staying in college hostel. All these happenned in last 2 years. (since 2010).
I am quite tensed and would be greatif you can advise if something dangerous she has or may grow.

In addition to these she has gyno problem too. her mensuration cycle is quite painful and happens irregularly. Last statement from doc, she said the eggs are accumulated on the walls of uterus and should be cleared after sex or else may cause uterus cancer. she even give medicine to clear it off but it bleeded a lot but with no benefit.
