What Causes Stop In Fetus Growth During Pregnancy?

Hi Dr. Mia, I am 35 yr old, had 7 miscarriages, first 5 was spontaneous as everything came out automatically and happened always on 7th week. Last two was continuing without bleeding and when i went for routine check up on 10th week..fetus was died in 7 th week and growth stoped. Last time I was on progesteron,duphastone , and aspirin. What can be reason always it growth stoped on 7 th week. Thanis for you answer. KGS
