What Causes Sweat Smelling Breath/urine/stool, Light Headed, Chest Pain After Taking Vyvanse?

So i take 70 mg per day of vyvanse and i suddenly got this sweet smelling breath and sweat....i also believe my urine and stool also smell sweet... Along with this i have tingling in the legs..lightheaded..fatigue and chest pain. I dont have diabetes!! Whats can it be??
