What Causes Swelling Around The Hole Of Vagina?

Hello. Recently I have discovered I have swelling surrounding the hole of my vagina and a small bump the size of a pea that has formed below the hole. I did a little research and the swelling is in the region where the skene's gland is and the bump is in the area of the bartholins gland but it is not on the lips like I see on a lot of bartholins gland cyst pictures. And the bump does not look like a swelling, it's more like the little dangling thing you see at the back of your throat but smaller. I have never had intercourse, but couple of weeks ago my boyfriend did a lot of rubbing of his penis on my vagina and the friction from it was slightly painful. I'm thinking I have cysts. And oh yeah, when I put my finger inside of my vagina, it seems to have developed a couple of lumps too so I am kind of worried. Any ideas and suggestions would help. And if they are cysts, would masturbation help to unblock the blockages? Thank you.
