What Causes Swollen Glands In Neck,groin And Armpits With Sweating At Night?

Hi I m a 53 yr old woman I donated my kidney to my bro but since then my daughter was diagnosed with lupus. We both have under active thyroid and Sjögren s syndrome . My latest problem is swollen glands in neck (esp after a drink) also groin and armpits terrible sweating esp night sweats , cough itchy skin, weakness, and breathlessness the great news is not lost weight so I m not thinking lymphoma however nitrates up in urine and blood and LDH slightly raised could this be glandular fever again? I m vvvvv dodgy on my legs can t bend down and generally feel crap. Oh I ve had pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer killed my mum and granny I ve had a pacemaker recently too with non Hodgkin s lymphoma it s true u You loose weight so by not I can t possibly have it or can I?
