What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes And Cyst In Ovaries In Teenage Girl?

I am looking for help with getting a dx for my 12yr old daughter. She has had a ct scan, ultra sound, Cray and an upper gi with contrast. She has been in sever pain for almost a month. We know she has had swollen lymph nodes in her abdomen and cyst on her overies(she has not started her periods) they have also advised at one point she had a swollen liver (slightly).
