What Causes Swollen Painful Vagina After Treated Yeast Infection?

So i had a yeast infection about a month ago got it treated and it went away. But with that one i didnt really have any discharge and didnt smell. Just burning and itching. Now the burning and itching came back but now my vagina is swollen and it hurts to pee. What is going on?
