What Causes Tender White Spot On The Nipple?

Hi, Lakshmi sree here and am 26 years of age and I'm currently breastfeeding my 30 days old baby. I've a white spot on my left nipple and it hurts while nursing. Also I donot have sufficient breast milk for feeding. I've delivered the baby through C-section. Kindly help.
