What Causes Tingling And Itchiness In Scalp And Hair Loss?
Hi I am 31 years old and have been experiencing a tingling to slightly itchy scalp for the last year or so. My hair is fairly thick but has been coming out during combing and shampoo in a greater than usual amount. For instance when I pull the ends after combing ALOT of strands come out. It was not noticeably thinner as I know there is a normal daily hair loss, however I have noticed a thin "feel" to my hair as of the last month. I am not really stressed but in reading I have noted there is a link to hair loss and anemia, which I am slightly. I also blow dry my hair once every 2 weeks as well as use a ceramic flat iron during the week. I do not know if this is causing the loss. Please suggest if this from ageing or what. My diet could be better perhaps I need to increase my intake of calcium, silica and iron.?I am not certain. Is there homeopathic remedy you can suggest if possible? I am trying to place as much information as possible in hopes of getting as accurate a diagnosis as possible. Thank you.
