What Causes Tingling Feeling Of Skin With A Deep Sun Burn?

I woke up in the middle of the night, last night, feeling as if I had just spent a day on the beach. When I went to inspect myself in the bathroom, sure enough, I was a bright pink from my head to my upper legs. The skin bright, pink, tight and hot. It also had the tingling feeling associated with a deep sun burn.



What's wrong with me? This is the second such episode in 3 weeks.
