What Causes Tingling In The Arms And Wrist?

hi i am a 32 years old female and i currently weigh 180 pounds and i am 5 7. In the 2 months i have had tingling in my hands and wrist, my arms also feel very heavy and my anlkes are very swollen. I have been suffering from frequent urination for 2 or 3 months and I have not had a menstraul cycle for 4 or 5 months. I know I m not pregnant. I also have gained about 40 or 50 pounds since March. I m currently on 50 mg methadone, depakote, seroquel and hydroxine(as needed). I have been on and off these medications the past few years and have experienced weight gain but not all other sypmtoms. I am pretty healthy except for the fact that i had lung surgery 6 years for a collapsed lung and i m a smoker. I m worried that something really bad could you please help me?
